The grapes were harvested from the south slopes of Štiavnické vrchy, the village of Čajkov, the hunt of Deberča. The grapes were macerated for 4 weeks in open-berries and then matured for 12 months on fine sludge in the barrel of the pond,
local oak. Before refilling, he relaxed in a stainless steel tank. Only classical procedures were used in the cellar. The fermentation of the grapes did not add the selected yeast in order to preserve the wine's own character.
A distinctive and powerful Pinot of warm year. Dark, almost opaque color. In the aroma, cherry cherry tones blend in with the touch of coffee and vanilla nuances. The freshness of the wine delivers attractive acids, the tannins are supple and enrich the rich structure of the wine. The flavor is long and distinctive.
