The Triumph is an organic * beer, amber-colored, dry and bitter with a slightly smoked touch (more precisely "peated"), both in aroma and taste.
This phenolic character is obtained through the use of a small percentage of malt, specially dried with Scottish peat (whiskey malt).
Ideal with spaghetti bolognaise, barbecue and also with a cheese board.
